CityMatch.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate city recommendations, comparisons, and advisory content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Users should independently verify important details — including cost of living figures, safety statistics, and local regulations — with authoritative local sources before making relocation decisions.

CityMatch.ai does not provide legal, financial, immigration, or real estate advice. City scores and rankings are based on aggregated data and algorithmic analysis, which may not reflect your individual circumstances.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Data and Preferences

You retain ownership of any personal preferences, priority weights, and other data you provide to the Service. By using CityMatch.ai, you grant us a limited license to use this data to operate the Service, generate personalized recommendations, and improve our algorithms. We will not sell your personal preference data to third parties.

6. AI Advisor Conversations

Conversations with the AI City Advisor may be stored to provide conversation memory and personalized follow-up. You can delete individual conversations at any time through the Advisor interface. Conversation data may be used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission
• Use the AI Advisor to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, or illegal

8. Intellectual Property

9. Third-Party Services

CityMatch.ai may integrate with third-party services including AI providers, data sources, and authentication services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CityMatch.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. This includes decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations, city scores, or advisory content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that city data will be completely accurate or up-to-date at all times.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
